No Guarantee of Results: While OnePrep is designed to optimize study efficiency, we do not guarantee a specific GMAT score. The Agentic AI is a tool, and final exam performance depends on the user's individual effort and exam conditions.

Not an Official Partner: OnePrep is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).

One-Time Payments: Each plan is a single, one-time payment for a fixed access period (for example 1, 3 or 6 months, depending on the plan), charged when you buy it. Plans do not renew automatically, and you are never charged again unless you buy another plan.

Plan Expiry: There is nothing to cancel: when your plan's period ends, your account returns to free access. Your "Student State" data is then frozen for 30 days to allow for reactivation before being moved to long-term archive.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate customized value provided by the AI Diagnostic Test and the first generated "Mission," no refunds are provided once these services have been accessed.

The "Logic Gap Analysis" framework, proprietary questions, Agentic Mission structures, and AI-generated feedback are the exclusive IP of OnePrep.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial GMAT preparation only. Any attempt to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary methodology is strictly prohibited.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or AI to scrape questions or data from the platform.
• Attempting to "stress test" or reverse engineer the AI Navigator's logic.
• Sharing account access. The Agentic AI is tuned to one individual’s logic; sharing will "corrupt" the personal Student State data.

By creating an OnePrep account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the authorised user of the email address and mobile number supplied.

You further acknowledge and agree that OnePrep may contact you at those details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice call, push notification and in-app message for both:

• Transactional and service purposes — verification codes, payment and subscription notices, security alerts and study-progress updates. These are required to operate your account and continue for as long as your account is active.
• Promotional and marketing purposes — new features, course launches, exam-prep guidance, offers, discounts, webinars and surveys.

This consent applies notwithstanding any registration of your number on a national Do Not Call, DND or equivalent preference registry. You may withdraw consent to promotional communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by replying STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message, through your account notification settings, or by writing to info@oneprep.in.
